Poor exchange process — paid fee, no pickup, no support

The ring itself was fine, but when I asked for a size exchange the experience turned into a big hassle. I even paid the exchange fee and was ready to send the ring back, but their delivery partner never came for pickup. Instead of taking responsibility and arranging a proper solution, the seller kept blaming the courier.

Despite repeated requests, I never received tracking details or any clear confirmation of the exchange. I asked for a simple phone call to sort things out, but only received automated replies. At this point, I’ve had to demand either a confirmed exchange with proper pickup and tracking, or a full refund including the ring and the exchange fee.

This process was unnecessarily delayed and stressful because of poor coordination and lack of accountability. Unless they improve customer service and stop shifting blame to the delivery partner they themselves chose, I cannot recommend them.
